Movable onshore conveyor belts with adjustable inclination for the loading or unloading of the product on board or directly on a truck. The ultra-resistant frame and the V-shaped structure of the belt are designed especially to transport safely shellfish bags, trays or mussel socks of any length. The inclination can be adjusted by using a protected hydraulic piston under the belt, so that the belt can be adapted and used in every place and situation. The main motorization can be both hydraulic or electric.
The materials utilized for the construction of this machine, as for every other machinery built by our company, are especially dedicated to the use in the marine environment and in the harshest conditions: the structure of the machine is made of Aisi 316L stainless steel, while the belt is made of stainless steel shutters or of a high resistance plastic material suitable for the contact with food, all in line with the European Community regulations for the food processing sector.
Belt or chain?
Movable onshore conveyor belts are usually made of a hardened, food-graded PVC belt, being suitable for all the logistic needs the customer may have. Alternatively, the transport can be carried out by an Aisi 316L stainless steel chain with V-shaped shutters, in order to ease the handling of long mussel socks and to allow the optional addition of a high-pressure washing tank or an automatic cutting system for mussel socks.
Integrated processing systems
Specialized optional systems can be integrated on the conveyor belts, in order to perform some processing on the product while moving it. .For example, it is possible to wash and clean the product mounting a high pressure washing system for mussel socks or bags Another possible application can be an automatic cutting system for mussel socks, that allows an easier handling of the product when loaded directly on a truck.
