Like every year, even in 2015 our presence at Seafoo Expo Global coincides with the presentation of important technological novelties! The event, held from 21 to 23 April 2015, is the largest European fair dedicated to the seafood and fish trade sector, counting on the participation of more than 1,700 companies from all over the world.

We have received in our stand numerous customers, friends and professionals of the seafood industry who have been able to see some of the innovative technologies we had on display. In particular, the drum mechanical filter for recycling the water used for shellfish processing has attracted a great deal of interest. This system, placed under shellfish processing machines such as brushing machines for shellfish and debyssing machines for mussels, can save thousands of Euros per year otherwise spent in fresh water. The filter was exhibited along with the brand-new model of vibrating grading machine for shellfish, built with an innovative design focused on the ease of use and thought for its particular resistance, making the structure virtually indestructible.

This year's edition has confirmed Seafood Expo Global as the meeting and gathering point for all the best products and the latest technology in the seafood sector, with applications to the processing and packing of fresh, frozen, packaged and high added value product. The fair has become so important internationally that most of the overnight stays in Brussels on the days of the event were reserved at least six months ago.
