In addition, oysters are considered by many as &#8220;valuable&#8221; molluscs, and are often sold to the piece rather than by weight.<\/p>\n<p>Our automatic oyster sorters and graders treat the product with extreme delicacy, managing to separate the molluscs in order to <strong>inspect or weigh them one at a time<\/strong> through advanced, and at the same time simple, mechanical systems. The lines have been designed to be modular: the number of calibration belts can vary depending on the hourly productivity required, and the number of product collecting stations can also vary.<\/p>\n<p>Our equipment is completely built in Aisi 316L stainless steel and plastic materials suitable for the contact with food.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a52c798 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a52c798\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Calibration and grading<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5ee2db3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5ee2db3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The oyster market, especially the European market, recognizes different &#8220;classes&#8221; of oysters based on their individual weight. Our calibration lines <strong>can weigh each individual mollusc<\/strong> thanks to special high-speed sensors, and distribute them on the different stations, dividing them according to their weight classes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7cb4090 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7cb4090\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Inspection and sorting<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9e77317 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9e77317\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Once separated, the oysters can be inspected by an <strong>advanced vision system that can classify the product by size, shape, color or surface defects<\/strong>.
