The machine is provided of 2 set of roller brushes (one on the top and one on the bottom) made of high resistance plastic material, that with a counter-rotatory movement and using a washing system allow to <strong>clean the outer shell of the product from sand, mud, algae, and most of the lightest incrustations<\/strong>. This kind of technology is therefore particularly suitable for mussels, oysters, clams and almost all big-sized shellfish in general.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">This machine applies a linear pressure to the product, that slides between the plastic brushes on the top and a stainless steel grid on the bottom, in order to <strong>open up the empty shells and the dead product<\/strong>. The force applied for the cleaning process can be adjusted by a simple mechanical system for setting the height of the brushes. In particular, the bottom grid made of stainless steel rods allows the disposal of all the waste removed during the cleaning and washing processing stage, that is collected and conveyed to a hole at the bottom of the machine by a removable stainless steel funnel.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">The materiales utilized in the construction of this machine, as for every other machinery built by our company, are especially dedicated to the use in the marine environment and in the harshest conditions: the structure of the brushing machine is totally made of <strong>Aisi 316L stainless steel<\/strong> and plastic material suitable for the contact with food, all in line with the European Community regulations for the food processing sector.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a12fc15 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a12fc15\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Declumping action<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ed81357 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" that this model of brushing machine performs on the product also <strong>allows to declump and separate big chunks of mussels<\/strong> kept together by their byssus, as (for example) Galician mussels
