The re-tubing belt for mussel farming allows the easy creation of new mussel socks in tubular mesh of different dimensions, depending on the size of the product. The belt is ideally placed at the end of an on-board mussel declumping line - in front of or next to a vibrating grader - receiving on its hopper the graded product to fill new socks ready to be suspended at sea. The inclination of the unloading hopper is adjustable, allowing an easier and more comfortable use by different operators. Using appropriate stainless steel reductions it is possible to produce mussel socks of different diameters, depending on the type of work to be done and on the size of the product.

The materiales utilized in the construction of this machine, as for every other machinery built by our company, are especially dedicated to the use in the marine environment and in the harshest conditions: the structure of the machine is made of Aisi 316L stainless steel, while the belt is made of a high resistance plastic material suitable for the contact with food.
